best discovery for kids fruitables by apple and eve - same concept as many brands fruit and vegetable juice they come in many flavors but here is the ingredients: Juice from apple, purple carrot, sweet potato, carrot, beet, butternut squash, and tomato juice concentrates (filtered water and jice concentrates), filtered water, natural flavors, citric acid, vegetable color, ascorbic acid (vitamin c), vitamin A palmitate, vitamin E acetate. and my kids LOVE this juice box. Its AMAZING!! I have a 3 and 5 year old. My 5 year old has recently started to become picky asserting her independence i suppose, this is wonderful.

    I don't buy juice regularly, therefore my kids don't get it often, but when I do buy it this is what I buy. It really is good! Even I drink it every now and then.

    I agree! I pack my DS1's lunch for school...I sent him with a water bottle 3x a week and one of these the other 2x. He loves 'em! I'm a spokes"mom" for them as well;)
