Hey, everyone. I tend to use the same workout videos on YouTube such as Fitness Blender or maybe a Taebo vid. I haven't seen another discussion devoted to this so I figured I would start one. What online workout videos do you like to use at home? It can be for cardio and weight training as well. Please provide links for us to check out if possible. Thanks!

I love the Barre Classes. Its like PIlates, but it incorporates Yoga and Ballet. It's awesome. You stand and hold on to a chair or countertop. Its easy to watch. I find laying down and trying to do videos is very difficult. Just be very careful it's easy to overdo it.
You do not realize how much your stretching out. I highly recommend it.0 -
