Hi all, i gave birth 6 months ago, and when i started my journey to lose weight changed my goal instead of losing the pregnancy weight i have decided to reach the ideal figure of my height and BMI.
Deciding to do so, discovered what a challenge i'm facing as my arms and thighs had been that fat since i can remember.. but not anymore.. i'm working out at home cos i cannot go to a gem (no baby sitting available around me). i'm working 2 fitness programs and a diet.. need some encouragement as i sometimes get depressed and break for a few days then i find my self in need to restart.

Hi, I'm also looking for friends! I've never been much of a network-community type, but recently I feel like I could use support from people who have similar goals. (Because some of my friends find it kind of creepy that I weigh a lot of my food :-)) Also I would support you of course!
