sugar, carbs, protein and SALT! does it really matter?

So,
I still have a little over 100cals for the day, though have looked at the bottom of my food diary and those little red numbers seems to be warning me!
My salt has gone over by over 1000!!!!!!! as well as my sugar, carbs and protein which have also gone over by about 30. :O
So, my question is, will this effect my ability to loose this week??
Should I be looking at these red numbers or not ?
I;m currently 166cm and weigh 61.8kg and am hoping to get to 53kg, my daily goal is 1200.
Thank You for any help!!

Hi - this is the 1st month of my new way of eating, and I lost 27 pounds. This is due to what i think is water weight, and so i do believe eating a high sodium diet will cause you to retain water.

Sugar triggers your insulin and what a lot of people believe changes your body so that you will want to crave more sugar. I also was hearing on TV that sugar (sweetness) triggers your dopamine (the pleasure centers) of our brain, so that like cocaine to an addict, that eating sugar will be like that. I mean processed sugar, not sugar in fruit, though some poeple think thats even bad.. (but i dont think eating fruit is bad - only when you process fruit into other things can make it unhealthy. So eat raw fruit, not processed.

We do need carbs and protein to function but we should try to put in healthy choices. the less processed foods i eat the better for health.
