Anyone have good (easy) asparagus recipes?

    Mmm asparagus...it's great wrapped in bundles of 5-10 spears with prociutto and roasted...just spray the tips with a little evoo so they don't burn.

    If you want to toss it with pasta try a drop of olive oil in a really hot pan, add 3 or 4 whole cloves of garlic and a bunch of fresh thyme (it will pop and crackle when it hits the pan) make sure you don't burn the garlic (keep shaking the pan). Add a pint of baby tomatoes. Let them soften slightly then add your asparagus (i prefer it cut in 1-2 inch pieces). If serving with pasta you may need to add a bit of the pasta water to "stretch" the sauce. It is also awesome as a side dish.
