Clean banana-nut "bread"
This recipe is very customizable. The first time I made it without the nuts and it was great. Feel free to add your own mix-ins!

Clean eating banana nut “bread”
This recipe is simple, delicious, gluten-free and paleo-friendly! It’s my current obsession.
1 large banana, ripe
3 tbsp almond butter
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
A few pecans, chopped up small
Dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mash up the banana. Add in the other ingredients and mix until well-combined. Pour into a small oven-safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. You will know when it is done because it will no longer jiggle when you poke it!
You can eat the WHOLE THING for 461 calories, 39g carbs, 30g fat, and 14g protein.

Thanks! I made this over the weekend - but used peanut butter. I didn't have the right-sized pan so I made three muffins instead.
Very yummy!0 -
