Can someone give me some pumpkin recipes.

I would love to have a pumpkin smoothie.

    Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

    Ingredients-
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
    3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup crushed ice

    Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed. It makes two servings.

    •4oz non fat plain greek yogurt (~120g)
    •1/2 cup pumpkin puree (122g)
    •1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice + more for sprinkling
    •7g dry roasted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
    •10g honey (1/2 tbsp)

    Put the yogurt, pumpkin and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
    Mix together then top with the pepitas, a dash of pumpkin pie spice and honey.
    Enjoy!

    WIth the rest of the can of pumkin you can separate into 2 plastic baggies. Each just slightly over 1/2 cup, freeze them flat…
    easy storing and fast defrosting. Then you can pull them out in individual servings to use in more yogurt, or oatmeal or even smoothies.

    Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins

    Ingredients:
    •6 eggs, beaten
    •¼ cup pumpkin puree
    •½ cup melted coconut oil
    •1 tsp. vanilla
    •¼ cup maple syrup
    •½ cup coconut flour
    •½ tsp. salt
    •¼ tsp. baking soda
    •1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    •½ cup fresh cranberries
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
    Add in coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice and stir until everything is well combined. Gently fold in cranberries.
    Divide batter into a 12-count muffin tin that is either lined with muffin cups or sprayed with cooking spray. Pop in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy.
