Hey 30 day shred people!

How much weight did you lose doing the shred?! While also calories counting
I read alot of people lose inches. That's awesome! But I would like to lose weight also.

I do the DVD and run a mile a day. I am only on level 1. But! I figured if I count calories ill have weight and inch loss.
I have about 15lbs to lose :) I eat 1370cals a day!

How were your results! Please share!

    I combine 30DS with running, strength training, stretch and stamina and Jillian's Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. I don't do 30DS everyday (only every other day) because I believe you should change it up and allow your body rest. I've been doing it about 2 months and I've lost 20 pounds, but that's in combination with everything else.

    I have about 5 days of 30DS left. I've been doing it (almost) every day, combined with walking, elliptical, running or cycling. I've lost about 11lbs and inches. After I'm done I'm starting Ripped in 30 :)

    Ok, I'm a newbie! What is the 30 day shred? Its sounds like everyone is getting great results.... :smile:
  • It's a Jillian micheals DVD! It takes a month or a little more to do an it's about 30 minutes long :) it's great. I burn alot in just 20 minutes for it. Check it out!
  • I am going to start this miraculous 30 day shred tomorrow! I want to lose 15kg by October!!! But I soooooo need motivation and to be held accountable - really hoping this time my weight loss journey is for real, I've been "trying" to lose weight since I was 12, nearly 10 years of being unhappy, I'm going to do something! Anyone wanna be a progress buddy with the 30 day shred?
