I'm in a plateu!

I've been working out almost a month and I've only lost 5 lbs... Any suggestions on what I can do to lose more weight? I'd really appreciate it...

    1 month and 5lbs is good progress.

    Adjust your expectations.

    5lbs in 4 weeks is more than one a week how fast are you expecting it to come off?

    Step 1: Realize that losing 5lbs in a month is not a plateau
    Step 2: Stop watching the biggest loser and thinking only losing 5lbs in a failure
    Step 3: Continue to lose weight slowly.

    5lbs a month = 60lbs a year, keep things in perspective!

    I've only lost 1 lb in the past 2 months. THAT is a plateau.
