Hey,

My name is Aimee, I am 25 years old and I am from Christchurch, New Zealand.

I have so far lost 12kgs of my 65kg goal.

I have alot of motivation to get to my goal weight, however, it is always nice to see other peoples progress and successes.

Even if you aren't wanting to lose as much as me, I am happy for anybody to add me as a friend!

    I've finally started being honest with my food diary and realising what I was eating wasn't great for me, but staying motivated to not eat that summer ice cream is HARD! And if I must have one, I WILL burn it off with exercise!!

    You've done well to lose 12kg so far. You should be proud! Share your secrets!
