a few changes in the past few months

was looking at a few photos earlier and i am shocked by this but in a very good way

i started this journey in january on here but it was interesting to see myself a few months earlier. did i think i looked ok?

    i did the pics cos i am at a crossroads. i am still obese and would need to lose another 63 lbs to be classed as healthy
    and yet there is such a difference in the face and body already - i have gone down from a uk size 28 to a uk size 16 and am not super saggy which i think it fab but this 63 lbs is bugging me as my GP keeps telling me this is where i need to get to
