Bodyrock or daily HIIT

Has anyone ever done these? I am looking at this for my next challenge after Insanity.

I didn't see any current groups, are there any?

I was watching today's daily HIIT workout and it looks intense and like Insanity....which I absolutely love.

Anyone?

I haven't used Bodyrock, but I do the HIIT videos on FitnessBlender.com, which I really like

I did dailyhiit workouts for the month of May and lost 8 inches all around. I love how short the workouts are and the limited space and equipment required. There is hardly any room for excuses with this program.

They offer weekly challenges and a log sheet which you can print to mark your times and reps in order to beat your previous stats. I'd recommend following them on facebook (BodyRock TV).

Currently they are having a 7 day insanity challenge. I signed up and received all the workouts, but just started the program today. The first workout was very sweaty, but the trainer says if you can only do 3 out the 5 five rounds, only do that, but if you've got energy, keep going. At first I thought I'd only be able to complete three rounds (since I've been away from the program for 3 weeks now), but I realized I was over half way done, so I went for round 4. Round 4 was hard, but I only had one round left after that, which is only 3 or 4 minutes long, so I knew I could do it.

I love it. It has definitely worked for me and I'm glad I'm back at it.

    body rock = thedailyHIIT)

I used to be a big fan- I can't stand it now- I much prefer lovingfit.com

but to each there own. I can't stand the site or the challenges- seems very haphazard now. But content is solid- there is no question about that.

Just be careful not to over do it- I was doing those heavy lift/HIIT style workouts 6 days a week for 2 or three years and it really beat me up- I'm dealing with trying to balance HIIT and lifting and injuries all at the same time- so it's a bit rough- just make sure you rest properly.
