Dark Spots

So not entirely sure if these dark spots started to appear more since I stopped wearing glasses or since my face slimmed down a bit more due to the weight loss. Not sure if anyone else has this issue, I seem to have dark spots under my eyes, nothing major just noticeable enjoy to bother me.

Any solutions or remedies? I have asked plenty of people but they keep recommending creams (Burt Bees Radiance Eye Cream) that just don't work. Maybe I need something stronger.

Any help appreciated.

The skin around our eyes is quite thin and sensitive, so there are quite a few reasons why you could be getting dark spots. They may be more visible because of your weight loss, but I don't know for sure. I'm guessing the biggest reason is your change in eyewear. Did you move to contacts? Even though the prescription is the same, the change can stress your eyes a bit because they're used to having edges around the frames of your glasses. You may also be rubbing your eyes more because of this too.

In terms of decreasing them, try to get as much sleep as possible, drink a lot of water, and stay off the electronics as much as you can. Basically, try to reduce the strain on your eyes.

I got LASIK done a few months ago. I'll try to take as much of your advice as possible, however it's a job req. to be attached to my computer at work and BB outside of work :(. Will try to rest as much as possible when I can.

Every since the surgery I don't/haven't been gaming as much so I guess that's some relief from eye strain.
