My maintenance calories is around 2500-2800 calories, I am already at 1600 calories and I do Intermittent fasting but the last bit of fat does not want to leave my body lol if I drop my calories any lower I will be dead in the next 24 hours ahaha0 -

Whoa! That's low! That picture was take 4 weeks ago. I'm even leaner now. Up until this week I was still eating 1900 calories and over 200 carbs per day. I just dropped to 1700 on Monday. Are you carb sensitive? How long have you been dieting? Did you go straight to 1600 or did you gradually decrease calories? How much cardio are you doing? Are you doing a reefed? If you've been in a deficit for a long time you might want to take a diet break. You can PM me regarding this if you want...

My living room is my gym. In this very spot I do Insanity (and every other work out I have)
And this was a self pic taken in the same room about three feet farther to the left I do not work out in this spot. But I wanted a back pic. (This one made it on Facebook, almost at my goal)
