Dr. Oz 5 Minute Workout Metabolism

Yesterday I saw a really cool workout on the Dr. Oz Show. It was a 5 minute metabolism workout. This is something I'm interested in because I'm at home with a newborn baby. So 5 minutes is very doable! I did it yesterday and I had to much more energy. It was great!

Any thoughts on how to enter this into my Exercise Log? I was thinking circuit training. What do you guys think?

It's a workout that pushes you to get as much out as possible. You do a jog/run like activity (with your legs apart) for 30 seconds, then you do see-saw planks for 30 seconds, then squats with arm raises using 2 pound weights for 30 seconds, then the planks again, then jumping jacks without the arms for 30 seconds. You do 2 sets all in a row.
