    Greek yogurt as a snack. (Put honey, berries or whatever in it. It's still sour. Yogurt should not be sour.)
    Lean ground turkey .( Has no flavor and won't hold flavor that I try to give it.)
    Full sugar soda.( I'm hooked on diet, any soda that isn't diet tastes too sweet.)
