How do i use MFP with my TDEE?

Hi
Just a quick one please
I have decided to go with TDEE -20% which is 1750 calories a day.
Now MFP only lets you set your net calories, so should i set it to 1500 and eat 250 of my excercise calories back daily, or set my net to 1750 and not eat my exercise calories (which will always then show an under-eat of calories on exercise days)
Also, should i still eat 1750 on the day i don't exercise or would i be better to drop it to 1500 (still above BMR) on those days?
Just not sure how the best way to log TDEE is when you can only set net calorie goals on MFP
Cheers :-)

Me four, and always find it amusing when it says "You will weigh x lbs in 5 weeks" cos I already weigh less than that :bigsmile:0
