1400 active woman with 30 to lose seeks similar

I would like to have more friends on MFP. I'm eating about half what I've been used to eating for the last fifteen years and I want more friends on here who are feeling the same way I'm feeling - this is hard work, but awesome! Lets support each other and make posts about our diet and fitness and do this journey together. Mostly looking for women friends but I won't refuse the invite if you're a like minded male. Especially interested in those who are also refraining from drugs or alcohol in addition to high calorie or excessive amounts of food. Not as interested in people whose diaries contain a lot of processed food, fruits and veggies/ home cookin for the win! Add me up :)

  • feel free to add me! I'm starting with small goals as losing weight is INCREASINGLY hard for me due to some medical issues i'm recovering from. I work out 5-6 days a week if I can I'll do two workouts a day. I eat roughly 1200 a day and am going to try NOT to eat back exercise cals to get this weight off. Any help/suggestions are always appreciated, no negativity and I offer back the same to you :)
