I just recently found out about the body wrap and was wondering if anyone here has tried it before and is it just a gimmick or actually works. I know its not going to be a miracle type of thing, but how does it work?

    I tried one and lost a total of half an inch all over!! Might have been to do with water retention so I will be trying again!

    my friends sells them and to humor her, I tried one. I was one of the people who gained inches from "toxic bloat". gimmick. if anything the water you are supposed to consume is the "magic". not the wraps.

    so they say. but no, it doesn't. maybe the lotion helps tone down the discoloration from stretch marks but that's it.

    I agree with this! I get people everyday wanting my to try this crap. Not waisting my money on this.

    Yep water. Plus any constriction on the body will "push" the skin in. Wear tight pants, but measure before and after. I bet it's a smaller measurement after.

    Haven't tried the body wrap, but the Buffalo Chicken Wrap is only 500 calories
