My Journey to 205

When I first started I weighed 324 back on January 14th 2013 that's when I went into the hospital for pneumonia once I was discharged 3 days Later I decided to change my lifestyle and so far this is my progress
Starting weight 324 Jan 17th
Current Weight 281.1 as of this morning
mini goal is 265
Goal is 205

    Thanks everyone Its been real hard for me cause I cut out a lot of stuff that I love and replaced them with alternatives like pizza was replaced with broccoli crust pizza and me being Puerto Rican I cut out the white rice and beans which is huge in my culture and is very fattening and replaced it with quinoa,wheat rice,couscous and Brown rice I've also been eating a lot of veggies,stopped drinking coffee and soda just water for me and I visit the gym 5-6 days a week.... haven't felt like this since I was 22
