Headhunter - it's a career - I poach hard-to-find people from one company to work for another company, like stealing players from other teams. It's fun.

It was what I did with most of my time until very recently. I'm fortunately now in a position where continuing my career is optional, so I'm either retired or on sabbatical - I've not yet made up my mind.
