I have a blister on my foot from last Thursday and I popped it last night but it is still painful to run on. Anyone have any tips on what to use to make it less painful?

I am currently training for a half marathon so today is a run day...

Thanks

try applying MOLE SKIN to the areas that are most affected by blisters. I know it sounds kind of funny, but it works.... (not real mole skin but a funny name for a protective covering of a leather like material...)

On long runs I carry a small roll of athletic tape. If I feel a blister coming on I stop and tape the area to protect it.
