Sugar free

You can adapt almost any recipe to be sugar-free just by substituting the sugar with sweetener like Splenda or xylitol. I mix sugar-free jello (any flavor you like) with whipping cream in my Magic Bullet and then put in the fridge for a wonderful sugar-free mousse. I have a recipe to make chocolate mousse using Diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix but I haven't tried it yet. Sugar-free almond milk cream is my current addiction:
1-1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-1/8 cups malitol sweetener syrup (but I use xylitol crystals, about a cup)
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Just mix it all up and put it in your ice cream churn. I have a small tabletop churn where you put the canister in the freezer and it only holds a quart so I half the recipe. To start with it doesn't get real creamy but the longer it sits in the freezer the better it is.0 -
