So I was reading a very small article in redbook about using a trampoline to get fit and into shape, to me this sounds more like fun than anything. So I tried a small workout video on youtub it wasn't a good workout but it was fun and it did keep my heart rate at about 150.
So I was wondering does anyone know of any workout videos or programs out there I could use with my at home mini trampoline or any keywords to use when looking them up?
I'm obviously knew to this Idea of using a trampoline to get fit so any advice would be appreciated.

I love my mini-trampoline (AKA rebounder)! When I couldn't do any high impact stuff this winter, the trampoline kept me fit. I just watch TV and run in place on it though, so sorry I don't know any good workouts. There is an infomercial product called the "Elevated Trampoline" that comes with a workout video - I saw snippets of it on HSN.com. Maybe that video is on Youtube?

That sounds like fun, but I think my daughter would hurt herself on it!

I love using my rebounder! I bounce for 5 minutes (1 min. easy bounce, 3 min. bouncing different ways with weights, then another 1 min. easy bounce) then do abs & weights for 5 minutes, repeating a few times. My girls (7 & 11) bounce on it too!

I have a Reebok trampoline which I bought for my son, even though it was advertised for working out.

It came with an instructional DVD, but I can't find it. XD

I have a video I got at collage video http://www.collagevideo.com/searchresults.aspx?type=equipment&search=Rebounder+/+Mini-tramp

I think the one I have is the compilation 1 video. It is a pretty good workout, definitely got my heartrate up. In terms of video quality, I've seen better but there don't seem to be very many out there.
  • Have you tired this one off of youtube?

It's an older one and idk what's up with the title of it but it gives a good rebounder workout
  • I love my rebounder! I just jump away until i'm sore.

Hi, I've been using a rebounder for over a year. There are Urban Rebounder DVDs available on Amazon. Each workout is approximately 30min so I do two each time I work out. Read the reviews. My favorites are compilation 1,2,3,4.

Another idea to add ...........Tracy Anderson has a new DVD for rebounding (sold out at Amazon)

    http://www.amazon.com/Tracy-Andersons-Total-Mini-Trampoline-Workout/dp/0767036611/ref=sr_1_2?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1378221534&sr=1-2&keywords=tracy+anderson+trampoline

Also Leslie Sansone "walking" videos can be easily adapted for rebounders. Because her workouts are basically the same 4 or 5 moves repeated over and over ...... you can sub 4 or 5 types of bounces..... when she walks you bounce, when she does knee lifts you do a bouncy knee lift, etc.
