I wanted to share a quick transformation picture. It is amazing that in one year, I have lost 60 lbs. and have gained a solid understanding and ability to control my body weight without sacrificing my lifestyle; rather I live a much better lifestyle now. The absolutely best part is that my activity level is at an all-time high point for my 45 years. To go from being completely helpless to control my weight to learning the simple act of balancing my calories leaves me in awe and excited to live my next 45 years.
