    Well it's nearly 10pm here in the UK and it's difficult to eat when you're asleep so I think it's time for me to hit the sack. Tomorrow I can eat a few more calories, yippee

    Hi! You can add me. Just started on here not too long ago and loving it. Very fun. But sometimes I weigh in and it's not the loss I was hoping for, or some days I had a really great workout, or just a great day in general, but would like more people to share with. Because a quick word or comment to a post can help motivate on the down days and just propel a person even further when they had a great day.
