Anyone who is recovering from knee surgery?

I had knee surgery about a year ago (ACL, PCL and MCL) and wow what a long road to recovery. I am finally getting my strength back, but still struggle with soreness and trusting it. I would love to hear from someone that has been through this.


Or really likes to ride snowmobiles! :smile:

My short-term goal is to lose 20 lbs by Mid - November. I should probably lose 30-40, but I'm aiming for 20 and then I'll see how I feel. I would love to have a few new friends who are trying to do the same thing.

    I'm recovering from shoulder surgery 7 weeks ago- still rehabbing and can't do much other exercise. I am back on here to lose 25-20 lbs.
