Polar ft4

So, I ordered a Polar ft4...it is NOT the newest and greatest one but I got it for a steal of $64 when originally $100 from heart rate monitors usa. I'm still waiting for its arrival but does anyone else have one?

Do you enjoy it? What sort of tips could you give me on using it and what not?!

    I've had one for a little over a month and I got it from heart rate monitors usa also. So far I am enjoying it. Sometimes, I feel like I burn more calories than it tells me, but I don't really know that for sure. Make sure you follow the instructions about maintenance. (I.E rinse the strap after each use and put it in the washing machine after every 5 uses.) I've read that if you don't properly maintain it, it loses effectiveness quickly.

    I have one - love it. I feel it's pretty accurate. I just got a fitbit one so I'll be interested in how they compare.
