    1 month, at 5'1''.

HOWEVER! I started at 180 lbs. It is way easier to drop weight when you have more to lose at first. For your weight, it will likely take a couple months, and potentially longer since you're already in a healthy weight range.

Since you are already within the normal BMI (22.9) range at your current weight of 120-125lb and height at 5'2" I would say it might take a bit longer for you to drop another 10lb.

But for your comparison I am 5'4" I lost the first 10lb within in about 5 weeks from when I started to make changes. So I would say give yourself about 4 weeks +/- 2 weeks just to ensure that you are losing weight wisely and not losing muscle mass in the process. :)
  • I know it's going to take a while :) I consume or try to consume 1370cals a day. I normally end up eating. 1200. Anywho I am trying to achieve this by November :)

i am 5.2 and it took me a long time to lose it but i started at 142. it took me a year to lose 20 lbs to the date! so 10 lbs every 6 months. I now maintain around 117-118 and can't get any lower then 116.4 ever no matter how hard i try, so i am sticking with where i am.... it's been 6 months of maintaining so far...

That is great! Giving yourself until November should be enough time :)
