My boyfriend and I are going to the movies tonight (to see Inception) and I was looking around to see what I could eat at the theater. IF, I even have anything, after this article its making me think twice!!

Movie popcorn is VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!!

  • Smuggle in some little boxes of raisins!

I can't think of any easy-to-smuggle salty treats (other than pretzel sticks) if you were leaning that way. :(

This is a little off topic, but I bought some micro-wave kettle corn. I THOUGHT it said 225 calories per serving...well it DID say that, but I read a little further (after eating a whole bag) and it went on to say that there were TWO AND A HALF servings in ONE BAG!

So, I ate over 400 calories thinking I ate only 250.
    Dirty Trick. hmmmph.

But Good Luck on your movie theater treats. Hope the movie is good!

In that sense, it pays to have a tiny microwave! :) I can only fit the 100 snack size packs in my nuker. Santa was nice enough to bring me a microwave popcorn popper for Christmas last year -- all the benefits of air popped with the convenience of microwaved.
