      Thank you for the warm welcome. November will be my 1 year MFP anniversary and I want this year to be different. My history has always been work really hard in the late winter/early spring to get the weight off and then once the weight is off start slacking and by the time fall comes around I've regained all the weight. THIS YEAR WILL BE DIFFERENT and the more support I have the better I'll do.

      Thank for the compliment. I truly swear by beach body products now that I've completed a round of P90X and Insanity. I've never seen results like this designing my own workouts. I hope I continue to see results w/Chalean Extreme. I'll admit my diet is my downfall. I eat relatively health the majority of the time but I have a horrible sweet tooth that often gets the best of me. Thankfully I've been maintaining my weight since January 2010.

      Thanks! I love the BB products too. I've done a bunch of the programs. Right now, I'm doing a hybrid of Slim in 6, Slim Series, and P90X. I've been a coach for 2+ years, but it took cleaning up my diet to finally get the results I was looking for. My plan is to keep on doing what I'm doing. The last few pounds have been extremely slow to come off, so I'm probably eating pretty close to maintenance right now as it is, but I might be able to go up 100 or 200 calories/day. I'm at 1,800 right now, and it's a very comfortable amount for me, so if I don't get to go up, that's OK too.

      I'm off to go do "Tear It Up," the most intense of the Slim Series workouts. I should be good 'n sweaty when I get done!
