i wan"t to exercise everyday to burn the cals and fat is it weights one day?carido the next?how many days a week should you do stair stepper work out. help stopped smoking so i need a major metabolism boost.thank you

cardio burns fat for weight loss and weights or resistence training builds muscle and muscle can weigh. I did both each day but working the different areas of the body on weights every other day. Hope this helps if not let me know and I will try to explain a litttle better. God Bless, brenda0

I do some cardio everytime I exercise which is about 5 times a week. I try to do weights each time to...one day I do arms, the next legs, the next back...
Be sure to change what you do for cardio too because your body will adjust if you do the same exercise everyday.0 -
I do full body weight training three times a week (MWF) and cardio three times a week (TRS). Works for me.0
