Hoow do I add something new to the food list?

I have a package of Giant brand 4 cheese ravioli which is not in the database.
I have the label with the breakdown. How do I enter it?

    Giant Four Cheese Ravioli is in the data base.

    In the future, go to your diary, add food, then scroll to the bottom to add a new food (not seeing what you are looking for?)
