                    The program shows 2500 as the goal for daily sodium intake.  CDC says 2300 for most. and 1500 for about half of the US population.
Personally, I want to keep mine below 1500.
I am not seeing any way to adjust this goal. Am I just overlooking it?

            I copied this from another thread:
 go to "My home" (top of page), then click "goals", then click "change goals" and then click "custom"
 from there, sodium is the 10th variable down

 I keep sodium under 1000mg. I agree it's set much too high0
