I'm 25, been dieting for years. Starting in 2007 at 464 pounds, worked myself down to just below 300, then back to 351. I train strongman events and plan to compete in a lower weight class by next summer. I'm not in to conventional workouts, I really enjoy atlas stones, sledgehammer work, tire flipping and sled pulling. Looking forward to putting 300 behind me, and getting down in to the mid 200's. My wife is also on this site, and will be tracking her progress as well.
