has anyone used greek yogurt in egg salad sandwich?

Just wondering if anyone has subbed greek yogurt in egg salad sandwich instead of mayo. I do not like FF mayo so was wondering if the greek yogurt would be a godd alternative? Has anyone tried this?

    Yep. I'm allergic to eggs so I can't say how it tasted, but I made it for my husband. It took about twice as much greek yogurt to get the same creamy consistency. It was still a LOT healthier! He said it tasted great. I even had my picky kids try it and they thought it was pretty good.

    I use greek yogurt and avacado in my tuna salad instead of mayo. Delicious and creamy!

    All the time. It's yummy. I also use Greek yogurt in chicken salad and curries :smile:
