I know there are other topics on this but I couldn't find any. I wanted to know if anyone knows if the same or close to the same amount of vitamins is consumed when you juice fruits and vegetables. I also wanted to know if juicing has some positives over eating whole fruit and vegetables, because I am aware that you get more fiber in eating whole fruits and vegetable.

The postives over eating the whole vegetable are that you can get the nutrients from a lot of veggies all at once. Would you rather eat a cucumber and a carrot and kale and a lemon and some ginger, or would you rather juice them and get all the nutrients in a tasty drink. There is a really motivating article that I just read about juicing on this website.
