    My Daughter LOVES both bananas and eggs. Going to give theis a go tomorrow morning. 1 banana and 2 eggs seems simple and quick enough that if it "fails" another batch can be whipped up with additional ingredients.

    Sounds good but does it taste eggy? I can't stand the taste of eggs but love bananas and love pancakes!

    I made these today for the first time and they were yummy. However, I found they were not very filling for me. I ate the whole batch for breakfast and still felt like I ate nothing.What is really weird is that I would feel very full if I ate 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana !
