Motivate Me!

Hey guys! I'm 25 years old, and currently a full time college student. I recently went through a divorce, and instead of doing the "divorce diet", I actually gained weight. Bleh, however I'm in a new relationship and my life is better than ever and I would love my weight to reflect the rest of my life. My current stats are 5'1 and 219.6. My goal weight for now is 140 lbs. That may change. I'm looking for friends who will motivate me and I'll do the same for you. I also will keep an open diary, so if you see me eating too much ice cream, get on me!

Good luck to you.. Just think of this when you wake up each day.
How can I be a fitter person today. Sometimes that might be just getting 8 hrs of sleep
but most of the time its pushing your body harder than its been pushed before.

I gave myself a target to lose 90lbs. Created my own diet and training programme. It is hard work but worth it. Remember when training., no pain no gain. Good luck on your weight lose journey.

Definitely not the same body type...but I'm consistent and committed.
I'm 6'0" SW: 398 lbs; CW 257 lbs; GW 220 lbs. I started running again (long story involving a ruptured Achilles tendon) a while ago, have done multiple 5k/10k races and am prepping for a half marathon in the Fall. I have an open diary and am fairly supportive of my MFP friends.
