Hello!
I have been logging my food and exercising for over a month now and haven't really been able to lose any weight. I'm worried my scale might be broken because almost weekly I am gaining a pound. Any tips for staying motivated?

We can't see any of your info, so it is very hard to say at this point. You can make your profile viewable by MFP members and your diary open. But do so at your own risk. People on here can be kinda judgy...0

There are so many factors that could be playing a part - like britzzie said, it's tough to know what's going on without more info. As for motivation, do you feel any better since you've been exercising and eating healthier the past month? Acknowledging any progress (however small it may seem) can help you stay motivated. Is it easier to put your shoes on or walk up a flight of stairs? Are you sleeping better or feeling less tired when you'd normally be propping your eyelids open?
Good luck to you - keep it up! Also, I'd encourage you to figure out if you're eating enough or enough of the right things. Maybe talk to a nutritionist (most gyms have one resident) and have someone eyeball your regimen.0
