I am wondering if I cook with Tessemae or just plain EVOO if I should count the calories in full? The Tessemae I am using right now is somewhere around 100 calories a serving, but I drizzle that over some veggies in a pan and saute them....(same I would do with EVOO) should I count the calories in full or does it cook off??

Oil doesn't cook off the way water does. Yeah, some of it spatters, and some of it stays in the pan when you lift out the food. I count all the oil I add in cooking. It probably makes my calorie counts for food a little higher than it needs to be, and changes the macro balance (counts fat that I don't eat), but I'd rather be more accurate that way than not include it and have all my recipes be way under in calories.

If someone was actually using 1 calorie's worth, they wouldn't be using any oil, just in case you though that this oil is somehow low calorie.

no you use 20 sprays or so for 20 cals, and still get the fried effect
