            I would really like to know who has done it without surgery.....just as inspiration to myself

            Proud to be in the company of so many amazing people.
 Unlike some, I knew it was going to happen. Once I made the decision to do it, I was either going to lose the weight, or I was going to die trying (and there were some days I felt sure I was going to die!).

            I lost 115 from Jan 2011 to June 2012. I put 35lbs back on over the last year, because I got lazy and now I'm working hard to get it back off.0

            And me, all on MFP, all by diet and exercise, its been 12 months of hard work, highs & lows but loving it.0

            Just 6lbs to go, I'm so proud of everyone that has been able to do this. I never thought in a million years I'd have to lose 100lbs, never mind actually losing it.0

            I've maintained 120+ pounds lost for almost two years.
 My boyfriend has also maintained a loss of over 120 pounds for a long time, and he also uses MFP.0
