Looking for some advice on where I should start (restart my journey).... I have a ton of videos like 30 day shred, i have wii fit, I have insanity and those types of workouts, Dance videos, few dumbless, and a treadmill......

Should I start with a video? If so, do I do the video each day? or just certain days??

Looking for some advice on where I should start/what I should do

Do what sounds like fun! The more you enjoy what you're doing, the more likely you'll stick with it.

^^^^ That ^^^^^. And if/when you get tired of that, move on to something else. Even though I don't follow my own advice very well (I do very little to workout other than run), I'm convinced that the more variety you put in your workout routine, the better overall results you will get. Good luck!

Depending on what your current fitness level is, I might not start with Insanity or the 30DS. Even if you're fit enough not to need much building up to that level, start with something you know you'll stick with and get back into the habit of working out on a regular basis, *then* go into something that's more structured.

As for frequency, here's my personal rule of thumb (which means I'm not an expert, but it's been working for me)--

    (i) if you're doing a training program (strength training, interval training, even a running training program like the couch to 5K), then take a rest day in between

(ii) if you're doing random bouts of cardio just to get your heart rate up for 20-30 mins and have some fun, it's okay to do it every day (especially if there's some variety throughout the week)

    Hope that helps!

My recommendation wouldn't be to jump into P90x or Insanity cold turkey, although you can. Depending on what your goals are and your fitness level, there is something out there for you, if you would love to chat let me know, I can help you find what would be best for you. The at home programs come with a fitness calendar to follow so it makes it really easy for you to commit to. =)

    Be well.

If you haven't exercised in a while, then take it slowly at first. It's tempting to really go for it, but you'll burn yourself out and lose motivation. Slowly increase your fitness then you can work hard. It's like the saying goes, "you shouldn't run before you can walk". Also switch it up, don't do the same thing every time, that way you won't get bored. Good luck.
