I feel so low. My son is eight months old today and I still have so much baby weight to lose, almost 35 lbs. Yes I gained too much while I was pregnant, I really tried to be careful but it just kept piling on. I have always been a fit individual, pretty lean up until I got pregnant So for the last 5 months I have been watching what I ate and working out moderately up until a month ago. I just can't seem to lose any weight whatsoever. This past month I really turned it up a notch.

I have been working out doing 45 minutes of intense cardio intervals with strength training and really watching my calorie and fat intake. I am just feeling so dejected that I see no weight loss. Nothing has changed. No inches lost, scale has not gone down. I just feel like I am going to be this overweight unattractive mom. I feel so defeated.

OP go easy on your self- Your body has been through a lot. Give it time to adjust. Everyone is different. You are always beautiful to your baby.

You will never have this day with your children again
    Today is a gift
    Breathe and notice
Study their little faces and feet.
Relish the charms of the present
Enjoy today Mama, it will be gone before you know it...
