3. do they have yoga classes for bigger people?
4. any suggestions for exercises in the pool?
5. when is too late to eat?
6. outcomes if you dont exercise after dinner?
7. what does a good work out day look like. breakfast, walk, gym, lunch, activity, dinner? is there a certain time when you should eat according to your work out?

i know i could just google these questions but i wanted to see what works for you, a real person.

Get some digital kitchen scales and weigh them,,,,then find them in the data base for weight
    2. how many calories does being in the pool burn? even if youre just in the pool for fun not doing laps or anything
This would depend on many factors ... your age, weight, how fit you are and dependant on what you were doing
    3. do they have yoga classes for bigger people?
You could do yoga at any size....just do things to your limitations
    4. any suggestions for exercises in the pool?
Maybe try a aqua class...aqua jogging
    5. when is too late to eat?
Its never too late...your body doesnt know the time....just eat appropriate calories with a appropriate deficit
    6. outcomes if you dont exercise after dinner?
You get to watch tv? ;)
    7. what does a good work out day look like. breakfast, walk, gym, lunch, activity, dinner? is there a certain time when you should eat according to your work out?
Its really dependent on you....your tastes....things you like to do....times you work etc...you need to work out what works for you

1.Calorie counting is time consuming. Use the scan feature on the mobile app for faster logging.
    2. Calories burnt in pool- are grossly over stated in this database. If your heart rate isn't up. you aren't burning much. I log an hour in the pool lifting my 80 pound son in and out and racing at 200 calories burnt.
    3. Not in my area. Self strangling is all they offer. (aka Yoga for small people)
    4. tread water with arms, keep legs at 90 degrees from tummy, extend legs out and in at 90 degree angle.
    5. Never too late. Calories in and out
6.You can exercise whenever you want. Time does not really matter. You absorb the most protein 30 minutes after working out.
    7. see answer 6. Do what you can when you can. Move more than you eat.

I work out when I can. I lift when I can. I don't use high calorie burnt estimates from this database. I low ball everything I burn and high ball everything I eat.

    1) use a food scale
    2)?
3)you have to check your area, but any class can be modified
    4)laps, water aerobics
    5)when you are asleep
6)no reason to have to exercise after diner unless that is when you have time or like to.
7)it depends on your ability and cal goal.

    Hope this helps

Calorie counting isn't hard...a little tedious sometimes, but not hard. MFP makes it pretty easy, the database is huge. Just DO it, and it gets easier.
