List one POSITIVE thing from this week

You may list more than one, but I just wanted to promote thinking of at least one positive thing. Something that empowers you, gives you motivation, and makes you smile! :flowerforyou:
For me, I'm giddy over seeing results in my arm work. I like seeing a little bicep and tricep definition showing!

Feeling grateful for a healthy family, a warm home (midwinter here), a good job, and obviously, more than enough good food to eat :-)0

I am noticing upper body definition due to the pushup challenge and my waist is down 2 inches because of the squat challenge:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:0

1) I've logged consistently and honestly
2) I've not gone over goal since Sunday (even with PMS cravings!)
3) I started Stronglifts 5x5 (and I love lifting)
4) I weighed in a loss!
I know you only wanted one but this week has been a good one for me, I've now got only 36.5kg to lose0 -
1.) I lost weight
2.) Zombies didn't take over (least not that I know of)
3.) I noticed my arms look a lil better
4.) I got paid
5.) No idea what #5 is but I already typed it so you get a #50 -
lost 2 pounds AND wore shorts in public for the first time (to the gym and then a quick jaunt into the grocery store)... i can't remember how long. years - not so much because of the weight loss so far, but because of the boost in self-esteem i've gained just by making some healthy changes in my lifestyle over the last few weeks.0

I joined a running group at my Y and even though its hard and I have a huge fear of being left and lost that I came back for my 3rd try even though after the 2nd try I actually sat down and thought to myself I can't do this.0

I stayed under cal goals, said something positive to myself, worked out everyday and subsequently lost weight!
I'm all for positive thinking. I rarely allow negative energy into my personal space!0 -

I increased the intensity of my workouts and I can see and feel a difference in my core already.0

I started a 60 day challenge for myself on monday: no processed sugars/fats
No gluten/ dairy.
1) Haven't had any of those!
2)On top of that IM spreading my meals out.
3)Staying on my daily calorie intake
4) Being more active.
5) drinking a gallon of water everyday this week
6)Lost 3lbs this week so far
So far so good. Hard but it will get harder the next few weeks.
Starting my workout program tomorrow. Beach body hip hop abs.
After one month I think I will be adjusted and it will get easier
I'm pretty proud of myself and I want to challenge and prove to myself that I can do anything

Definitely more than one, but....
Was feeling anxious Thursday night and almost dove head first into some chocolate ice cream, but spent a little time on MFP, and instead of ice cream I did a little late night cycle session at the gym. Felt good.0 -
I joined the YMCA , and so has my mom-in-law/bestie. And so has her twin sis! We just did our first water aerobics class, and we all had soooooo much fun!0

I logged into MPF after being on a month long hiatus!! Ready to restart.0

I went swimming for the first time in around 15 years, and really enjoyed it. :-)0

I lost a pound and it stayed off! A neighbour said she could notice a difference in my weight - I said that's what I was doing with the blinds pulled down in the morning (my dvd workout)!!

I got my cholesterol results. Overall 192 and Triglycerides 77 both numbers are good!0

Great idea for a thread -- thanks for starting it, Chelz2013.
Didn't eat any junk food at work yesterday, a frequent challenge for for me, especially on Fridays.
Made it to the gym most days, and finally put in a full hour at the end of the week.
Over 4 weeks since becoming vegetarian again.
Recommitting to healthy eating & MFP.0 -

Saw friends this week that I haven't seen since last September and they were BLOWN AWAY by how different I looked. Also got like three compliments on my legs this week, I've started running and my legs are looking awesome. :happy:0

I got my bike out of the garage and went for a ride. Then when I got back the hubs was airing up his tires to join me. Loved it!! He's not typically one to exercise. My heart skipped a beat when I saw him.0

I've resisted the urge to eat dessert all week and I haven't died haha.0

Yesterday I walked through the bakery area of the grocery store and didn't wish for cookies/cakes/donuts! And a little NSV: I wore my tightest pair of dress pants for work and they actually felt great!0

I missed my 5km parkrun, but ran down/back to my Mum's. Thought my pace was terrible, but when I calc'd it out on mapmyrun, turns out best time yet for the distance.0
