Well, this is weird...

Don't exactly know how to describe this but I'm going to try...
I'm working out quite a bit. I'm getting stronger and increasing my endurance. I have lost pounds and inches but...
The weight around my waist and on my upper arms has become really really jiggly and mushy feeling. It is so hard to explain. It is as if the skin has a layer of water or something that is really soft. It looks strange around my middle. I am wearing a t-shirt and jeans that I wore two weeks ago. The jeans (already a size smaller, hurray) are looser than they were two weeks ago and so is the tshirt. However if the shirt presses against me when I walk I see a buldge around my middle that wasn't there before. And, as I said, it is really jiggly.

Does this make sense to anyone? Has this happened to anyone?

Maybe you're losing fat and once you start to tone up it won't jiggle :)

Ive heard....cannot prove but have heard....that those fat cells in that area sort of deflate as the fat goes away, and until they actually shrink (they don't go away totally, you're stuck with them) they're sort of like deflated balloons...so a bit squishy. Plus, there's now some firmer muscle underneath there, so you're noticing the difference more. I don't think its anything to worry about.

Do you strength train? It works wonders on
    firming/tightening/toning. Idk otherwise.

I'm doing lots and lots of toning work...the muscles are tight and the skin/fat over them are jiggly :(
