Hello: Im new to myfitnesspal. I'm ready to get started to lose weight......so if yall have any information please share....thanks

    Welcome 1999! I have been tracking on MFP for about two weeks. If you are honest with your tracking and make a real attempt to meet your calorie goal you will be off to a good start. 64 ounces of water every day is a must. Are you adding exercise? Best of luck in meeting your goal! :happy:

  • Advice: Eat your exercise calories....it's a must!!! Sounds strange that we have to eat to lose weight but we do. I eat all my exercise calories and I'm still losing. I have 45 lbs to go. Drink all your water!! 8 cups a day. More if you can! Good luck on your journey!!!:drinker: :flowerforyou:
