List one POSITIVE thing from this week

Options
You may list more than one, but I just wanted to promote thinking of at least one positive thing. Something that empowers you, gives you motivation, and makes you smile! :flowerforyou:

For me, I'm giddy over seeing results in my arm work. I like seeing a little bicep and tricep definition showing!

Feeling grateful for a healthy family, a warm home (midwinter here), a good job, and obviously, more than enough good food to eat :-)

I am noticing upper body definition due to the pushup challenge and my waist is down 2 inches because of the squat challenge:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

    1) I've logged consistently and honestly
    2) I've not gone over goal since Sunday (even with PMS cravings!)
    3) I started Stronglifts 5x5 (and I love lifting)
    4) I weighed in a loss!

I know you only wanted one but this week has been a good one for me, I've now got only 36.5kg to lose

lost 2 pounds AND wore shorts in public for the first time (to the gym and then a quick jaunt into the grocery store)... i can't remember how long. years - not so much because of the weight loss so far, but because of the boost in self-esteem i've gained just by making some healthy changes in my lifestyle over the last few weeks. :D

I joined a running group at my Y and even though its hard and I have a huge fear of being left and lost that I came back for my 3rd try even though after the 2nd try I actually sat down and thought to myself I can't do this.

I stayed under cal goals, said something positive to myself, worked out everyday and subsequently lost weight!
I'm all for positive thinking. I rarely allow negative energy into my personal space!

I started a 60 day challenge for myself on monday: no processed sugars/fats
    No gluten/ dairy.
    1) Haven't had any of those!
2)On top of that IM spreading my meals out.
3)Staying on my daily calorie intake
    4) Being more active.
    5) drinking a gallon of water everyday this week
6)Lost 3lbs this week so far
So far so good. Hard but it will get harder the next few weeks.
Starting my workout program tomorrow. Beach body hip hop abs.
After one month I think I will be adjusted and it will get easier :)
I'm pretty proud of myself and I want to challenge and prove to myself that I can do anything :)
I hope everyone is doing well! I do have a group page for this challenge if anyone
Wants to join and get some extra help on their weight loss. It's never to late to join in!
Group page: 60 day challenge: eating clean!

    Definitely more than one, but....

Was feeling anxious Thursday night and almost dove head first into some chocolate ice cream, but spent a little time on MFP, and instead of ice cream I did a little late night cycle session at the gym. Felt good.
