Do you want to look back in a couple months, 6 months, a year or maybe even 3-4 years and be like "Dang, I'm still overweight and unhappy with myself. I never met my goal and I never will. Oh, I'll try again tomorrow."
Or "Dang, I look so good. I accomplished my goal & my body is fantastic."

I have just done the former again, so this post is timely! I want the latter to be what I'm saying to myself in 6 months and then at 1 year from now, when I have reached my healthy goal weight, feeling fitter and not feeling crapl like I do today!0
